Musser Leadership Partners LLC provides coaching, mentoring, and support for education leaders and directors of mission-driven organizations who want to expand their impact and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Credentials and Experience
After experiencing first-hand the benefits of leadership coaching during her tenure as a senior executive, Dr. Ella Musser, owner and founder of Musser Leadership Partners, pursued certification to become an Executive Coach. Now, she is utilizing her training to support others on their journey of growth and leadership development.
With a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, a decade of service as the Superintendent of Schools for Cocalico School District, and an Executive Coaching certificate from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Musser has a strong background in leadership, mentoring, and coaching. In addition to supporting members of her own leadership team, she has mentored new superintendents throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, taught doctoral-level leadership courses for aspiring superintendents, and presented at numerous leadership conferences. She has also served on the Penn State Berks Advisory Board, the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Lancaster County STEM Alliance Advisory Board, and the Cocalico Education Foundation Board of Trustees.
Dr. Musser believes firmly that leaders who are committed to pursuing their fullest potential will inspire lasting impact in the organizations they serve. As an Executive Coach, she partners with leaders who are ready to increase their potential and expand their impact.
